Use a master resume as a complete working record, then select the relevant material for each application. An operations role may need different emphasis from a customer-success role even when both versions use the same job history.

Name drafts with the employer and role, and retain the submitted file with its date. If you improve a true achievement’s wording in one version, update the master deliberately; do not assume that copies in any builder synchronize.
