Will my Premium account renew automatically?
No. Roleframe is not a subscription. You pay once for the Premium period you choose, and you are never charged again without your consent. When your Premium period ends, your account simply returns to the free plan.
Will my information be saved after the Premium period expires?
Yes. Everything stays saved in your account after your Premium period ends: your resumes, cover letters, tailored versions, job tracker and the rest of your data. Only Premium features such as Remi and unlimited live checks pause until you choose Premium again.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. After you choose a period, you see the total price before you enter any payment details. Your bank or card issuer may add its own fees, for example for currency conversion, which are outside our control.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of security certification in the payments industry. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. A free account includes 50 live checks, a few runs with Remi and one tailored version with its job match, so you can try Premium's features on your own resume before you pay.
What format will my documents be saved as?
Your resumes and cover letters download as PDFs with real, selectable text, a format that looks the same on every device and that applicant tracking systems can read.
