Twelve applications, or twelve documents

Roleframe files each application as a branch of one master, which gives a later correction somewhere to go. Duplicate in Reactive Resume is documented as creating a new version without changing the original, and nothing in the docs describes an edit traveling from the original to that copy.

Where it runs, and who approves the edit

Roleframe is an EU company operating under the GDPR: your resume content is not sold, it does not train a general-purpose model, and every change Remi proposes waits for you to accept it. Reactive Resume answers the same question by license instead, and self-hosting is the cleanest answer there is if you want to run the machine.

What does Reactive Resume cost in practice?

Nothing for the software, as of September 2026: no paid tier, no ads, no watermark and no export paywall. The bill sits elsewhere. Every AI feature is bring-your-own-key, so you open an account with a model provider, add a payment method and pay per token, including to import a PDF resume. Self-hosting adds a server, a database, backups and a release cadence that ran twelve releases in the three months to 27 August 2026. Roleframe's AI, Remi included, is covered by the plan instead, with no key to paste, no credits and no per-run price.

Can I move my Reactive Resume resume into Roleframe?

Export a PDF from Reactive Resume and import it. Roleframe returns it as editable blocks with roles, dates and bullets in the right places, runs the per-section analysis on it without being asked, and puts Fix with AI on each finding so Remi can propose the fix as a diff you approve. A free account includes one import, with no provider key anywhere in that path. From there the resume becomes the master that every tailored version branches off.

Will a Roleframe resume pass an ATS?
