Most applications do not end in a no. They end in silence. Filing that under “rejected” would be a small lie, and it would hide how many of your applications simply vanished. So it gets its own ending, with its own count.
Terminal is not deleted
Moving a job to a terminal status offers to archive it. Archived jobs leave the board without leaving your history, so next spring you can still see where you applied, what you sent and who you talked to.

Is the job tracker free?
Yes. You can track jobs on the free plan, no credit card. Pricing has the details on what the paid plans add.
Can I import jobs from LinkedIn, Indeed or a careers page?
The Chrome extension detects postings on virtually any site, from the big boards to a startup's own careers page, and saves them in one click. It is not in the Chrome Web Store yet. Until then, Add Job takes a URL and the posting text, and the job lands in the same tracker with the same fields.
What happens if the job posting gets taken down?
Nothing changes for you. The full posting body is stored on the job when you save it, so you can still read exactly what you applied to after the listing disappears.
Can I track a job the extension does not detect?
Yes. The Add Job form covers anything with no page to read, like a role a recruiter emailed you. Same tracker, same columns, same fields.
How is this different from a spreadsheet?
The table is deliberately spreadsheet-like: ten columns, inline editing, grouping by status, search and bulk select. The difference is what one row holds. A job row carries its tailored resume branch, its match score, its contacts and the original posting. A spreadsheet row holds a link.
Does it remind me to follow up?
You can set a follow-up date on any job and see it on the board and in the table. Roleframe does not send emails or push notifications yet, so nothing pings you. We would rather tell you that than sell you a reminder that does not exist.
Can I get my data out?
Roleframe is an EU company and GDPR applies, so you can ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted at any time. A one-click CSV export of the tracker is not shipped yet, and we will not pretend it is.
