A contact is not a row in an address book. It's attached to the jobs.
Open the job you applied to on Tuesday, add the recruiter from its Contacts tab. Open the recruiter, see every role you have with them and the status of each. Any saved job can carry people, including the one you have only bookmarked and not applied to yet.

An in-house recruiter usually means three roles, not one. They stay one record with three links, not three copies.

A person can be three things at once.
Tags are a list, not a dropdown. Marta is a former colleague, a referral, and the reason you heard about the role at all. Nine presets ship with it and anything you type becomes a tag, so nobody gets filed into one box and lost there.

The tracker has two tabs: Jobs and People. Same toolbar, same search, same table, same bulk select. There is no second tool to keep current and no export, import, reconcile dance between them.

Search the way you remember
Name, company or location. Half the time you remember the company and not the name, and that still finds them.
Fix a title in the cell
They got promoted, the agency changed, the email bounced. Click the cell, type, done. Exactly like the jobs table.
Clear out in bulk
Select the agency recruiters who never wrote back and delete them together. One tracker, one set of habits.
Save the recruiter while you're still reading the posting.
The side panel that saves the job also saves the person. Their name is right there in the posting, so Add Contact writes them into the same People list, no new tab and no retyping later.

Is the contact tracker included free?
Yes. People sits inside the same job tracker, on the free plan, no credit card. Pricing has the details on what the paid plans add.
Can I import contacts from LinkedIn or a CSV?
Not today. Contacts are added by hand in the app, or saved from the Chrome extension while you read a posting. There is no LinkedIn sync, no CSV import and no contact enrichment, and we would rather say that than list an integration that does not exist.
Can I link one person to more than one job?
Yes, that is the point. Any job you have saved can be linked to a person, at any stage, and one recruiter can be attached to every role you have with them. You link people from a job's Contacts tab, and the person's Linked Jobs tab lists all of them with each job's current status.
Does it remind me to follow up?
No. Roleframe does not send emails or push notifications, so nothing pings you. What it does is keep the people and the roles they touch in one place, so when you do sit down to write, you are not reconstructing your search from memory.
Can I email people from Roleframe?
No. Send Email opens your own mail client with their address filled in. No sending, no tracking, no sequences, no templates from us. Your outreach stays in your inbox, which is where the reply lands anyway.
Can I export my contacts?
Roleframe is an EU company and GDPR applies, so you can ask for a copy of your data or have it deleted at any time. A one-click CSV export of your contacts is not shipped yet, and we will not pretend it is.
